The project presents a contemporary two-story single-family house, located in the outskirts of Sofia, set within a 535 sq.m plot and offering picturesque views of the surrounding mountains. The building has a compact built-up area of 100 sq.m, carefully positioned on the site to ensure maximum comfort, functionality, and a strong visual connection to the natural environment.

The volumetric composition is clean and well-balanced, featuring a pitched roof that contributes both to the house’s traditional character and its adaptation to local climatic conditions. The façade is finished with wooden cladding, adding warmth and a natural aesthetic that harmonizes with the richly landscaped garden. Landscape design is an essential part of the concept, incorporating a variety of plant species, leisure zones, and an outdoor swimming pool measuring 270 by 650 cm, enhancing the sense of privacy and relaxation. Two parking spaces with convenient access are also provided on the property.

The functional layout is clearly organized. The ground floor accommodates a spacious living room with an open-plan kitchen and dining area, a bathroom, and two bedrooms. The living space is designed as a fluid, open area with direct access to the garden and pool, creating a seamless transition between interior and exterior.
